Every candidate is interviewed for relevant experience, reliability history, and fit for the specific facility type they want to work in.

Background Check

Full criminal background check, identity verification, and employment eligibility. No exceptions. Healthcare placements include additional multi-state checks.

Reference Verification

We contact prior employers directly. We ask about reliability, quality of work, and whether they'd hire again. We don't accept references that haven't verified.

Certification & Onboarding

Role-specific training — bloodborne pathogens for EVS, chemical safety for housekeeping, food handler for catering, safety for event crews and warehouse. Completed before first placement.
